Not at all pleased with this past service that I paid and had done in order for my house to be appraised. When someone pays to have a service done then one expects it to be done correctly and accurately which was not the case. Never have I ever before seen such a negligence and unprofessionalism. Todd, who came to my home a few weeks ago, quickly took pictures, and from what I thought took down the information on various updates done around my home, which I know now was not the case. When I needed an appraisal for my mom's home and 18 acer "farm", Cassell Real Estate was there for me. Todd Cannaday was wonderful to work with. He was able to come out to the property and complete the appraisal in no time at all. I would definitely use this office again for all my real estate needs.
