Mislead. Gave money and been was told that I could not get any money back. Was told to about an email to send and followed up to close account and get a refund and still receiving information from the company. After a year finding out the money I gave they will not return. Wasted money on a fraudulent company. All they did was mislead people. Do not invest.

This is not a good company, my mother has paid into this policy for 26 years and received a letter she has no coverage now, I have made calls to them on to the reason why and have been getting the run around with no solution as of yet and this is almost a week now. My mother has been crying 😢 hysterically on this matter because now she is concerned about passing away with no money for burial and the burden 😢 will fall on us children. This company should not be in business I've already have read so many bad reviews.

I have been with this company for years but never had a need to contact them. Then recently I decided I wanted to change some coverages. It is like dealing with a company still in the 1980s. Very hard to contact and get information from. I guess at my age I am stuck with them or I would go somewhere else.

This business is a total scam and unprofessional, I stay in Cleveland ohio there is a woman name tanesha A** who had gotten me in I paid her 75.00 to join she used her credit card because I only had cash so she came to my home picked up my cash, since it was so unprofessional of her to help me start I didn't want to be apart of it anymore so I changed my mind she told me I would have to fill out a form but I couldn't because she used her card so I was scammed out of money.

I was referred to Primerica by a co worker. I joined. Everything seemed fine until I lost my job. I called to cancel automatic withdrawals from my account and spoke with my Primerica representative. He said he will take care of it. Two months later money is still being taken from.my account sometimes even overdrawn my account. I do not recommend this sham of a business. My patience is up with them. I want all my money back!!! And please stop withdrawing from.my account

I purchased a term policy over 25 years ago. I always paid my premium on time and kept it because I thought they were a reputable company. When I turned 62 they doubled my premium and lowered my coverage. Then when I hit 65 they quadrupled my premium. I was forced to drop them, because my budget could not afford the increase, So now I am old and uncovered. Nice way to treat a long term customer.

So grateful to have sat with an agent from this company. A coworker referred me over to take a look at my finances to see if they can improve upon them. I had been paying into a whole life policy for years thinking it was the right way to protect my family. My agent was able to break the policy down for me and educate me on a better way. It's pretty sad what these insurance companies are doing. I'm glad to see a company can take the time to expose them. Highly recommend you to move forward. Great experience overall.

I have the legal program with primamrica and it has no benefits for me.. you call to ask a lawyer questions ,and someone calls you back days later at 9pm. Not sure if she was a lawyer, but still wasn't no help.. you can actually google your own information yourself... I also called to see if they can recommend an attorney in another state.. its a 3 day process.... waste of my money and the rep that recommended the service has really little knowledge of it.... Now i'm sitting on hold for over 20 minutes and 5 phone calls lat... read more
