Extremely cold, rude, and dismissive. Does not understand chronic health issues like Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and treated me like I didn’t understand my own family history. I woke up during my colonoscopy and was treated like it wasn’t a big deal. I was supposed to go back to her for another check up but there’s no way I would put myself through that treatment again. The nurses and other staff are great, but I’m staying away from this doctor going forward. Also has an absolutely terrible bedside manner.

Where to even begin! HANDS DOWN BEST OFFICE IN HUMBOLDT COUNTY!! From the start with Michelle and Laurie, to finish with Dr. Kennedy and her main assistant, Joyce; my experience was better than I could have imagined. I’m so appreciative of their kindness, caring and information right off the bat. They answered the phone every time I called (which was a lot, unfortunately!) and were patient and helpful every single time…I’m sorry but you just don’t get that at most or any places anymore so it was such a relief!
