As a single woman car owner I can wholeheartedly recommend Cass Street Automotive as a business that will treat you fairly, honestly, and with patience if you don't speak mechanical terms. I have been taken advantage of at several other places. The prices are fair and reasonable. The mechanics are excellent and the owners are awesome. The office staff is professional and understands my concerns. They offer shuttle service which is not very common these days.
