Unnecessarily blocking deliveries. Nobody showed up for maintenance request despite confirmation.

Rented with them twice and never had an issue. Application process was quick and mostly painless (especially the second time) and while the apartments are not new (at least the ones I rented) , anytime I had a problem they sent someone to fix it in a timely manner.
