I have never had maintenance requests responded to so quickly, such kind office representatives, and my security deposit was returned promptly. Alex is an excellent customer service representative with overextending knowledge. He might be the smartest person I know.

I've been living at a Wilkins property for the last 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. Being that it's an older building, normally wear and tear happened- but with Wilkins, I would put in a service request and would receive a response the day of. Water pressure/temp are great and the heat is included with the rent, can't complain about that in the brutal Wisconsin winters.
