Very good management in terms of communication, helpfulness and courtesy. The building maintenance engineers - Jonathan, Adrian and Phil are always so prompt, professional and do a wonderful job of keeping our homes in great shape!
Unnecessarily blocking deliveries. Nobody showed up for maintenance request despite confirmation.
Wilkins management... Since I've been with Wilkins, I have never felt unsafe or been afraid of unwanted pests. Wilkins is very reasonable with the price. Just pay rent on time. My only complaint is that I am too warm during Winter and too cold in the Summer.
I lived in a studio apartment under this management for about 2 years. The building is old and charming. The studio was actually spacious and unique. But the landlord special was everywhere. Nasty black hairs painted over in white paint in the bathroom. Black mold on the ceiling above shower that was painted over and never went away. Slowly looked worse and worse. I’ve been a Wilkins tenant for about two years. I started in a studio and then transferred to a one bedroom in my same building. Most of their building are old, so with the “old building charm” are the occasional old building issues, but the maintenance team is super responsive and quick. I’ve never had to wait more than a day to have my maintenance requests completed. And when I’ve needed to contact the office the staff there have always been nice.
