Water bill had nearly doubled over two months with no obvious explanation. Cass Plumbing came out, did a thorough leak check throughout the property, found a slow leak on the main line running beneath the driveway. Repaired properly, bill back to normal the following month. Really glad someone actually investigated properly rather than just checking the obvious spots.
Extremely disappointed with service provided. We originally were planning to have new shower head, valve and spout replaced. We were quoted $1600 or $250 to replace shower cartridge. We opted to replace shower cartridge. Unfortunately the technican could not remove the old cartridge and we were given a bill for $165 for a diagnostic charge and apologies for not being able to complete the job.
