Cass Corridor Properties RECEIVES funding from the Nichigan State Housing Development Authority to supply AFFORDABLE HOUSING to Metropolitan Detroiters WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION and THEY ARE DIMINATING AGAINST ME. They ATTEMPTED TO “DIVERT” my complaint to the OFFICE OF CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT to a NON-FEDERAL NON-MSHDA AUTHORITY AND THIS ATTEMPT HAS FAILED. Now I will PROCEED TO COMPLAIN TO THE CORRECT STATE LEVEL AND FEDERAL LEVEL AUTHORITIES!!!!
I moved to the Marston Apt and I've been here a year I do believe other apartments normally give you some kind of notice of rent being increased never gotten any if I had known that I would have never renewed my lease not only that I always thought increases in rent would be $50-$75 per year they did $135 I guess because I'm on sec 8 still don't make sense I won't be renewing it in 2025 promise that management not professional
Stay away from applying here ! The way they people treat you , & they don’t give you all the information you need to get approved & what will get you denied! They are not reasonable people, they not willing to help or work with you , It’s barely anyone ever in the office, but it’s black folks that work in the office & you would think that they would help us black folks out but they so quick to deny you for any little thing.
