The Casian apartment complex is a scam. the new management team is absolutely horrible, the upkeep on the property is well below it should be and they have only increased the prices 40%. It was an incredible building, but to see what it has turned into now is just disgraceful. Car was registered to be parked on ground floor. At 4:12 am going to get 78 year old mom to take to hospital for surgery. Had to Uber all over Delray. Happy to be moving end of the week.
