RecommendedMy family and I have made it an annual tradition to visit Casper's Cherokee Of Eagan for each of our birthdays every year. The steak of the millennium is amazing, in our opinion one of the best steaks you'll find in the Twin Cities; Exceptionally tender and savory, set at a great price. The fresh warm bread basket that comes with the meals is also a favorite. Impeccable decor. Always decorated for holidays. Thank you for providing us with such an amazing establishment so close to home!
went for shrimp and walleye special. the shrimp scampi and grilled shrimp were exactly the same. boiled, frozen, pre-peeled medium shrimp. No grilling was done and boiled frozen shrimp is no one's idea of a scampi recipe. only difference was in little cup of dipping sauce which wasn't very good either. walleye batter not tasty and fish mediocre. maybe they do better with beef based on the reviews. also seemed short staffed although all were pleasant.
We stopped in for dinner and stayed for trivia. Our server for dinner was ok. She was leaving for the night and asked us to pay her. We did. She claimed she told the other server we would need additional help. The other server NEVER said a word. Walked by two dozen times. Never stopped. I’m very disappointed. Tough to want to come back if we are ignored.
Fantastic Food! The original Cherokee Sirloin Room
Twice now I've ordered lunch from here; delivered by Suit and Tie. Same thing both times; a small sirloin with a salad. Twice now I've been amazed at how they deliver an exceptional steak at their price point. Both times I've gotten a steak so tender I cut it with a plastic fork and knife. Oh and the salads have been fresh and tasty too. Order from here with confidence.
Steaks are done right! Thick and delicious! Service always friendly. Bread is yummy!
Great food. From Colorado went to celebrate a friend's birthday today for lunch. The wait staff was efficienct and not over bearing. I will recommend to my son who lives in Eagan.
