Ordered ribs per the special, was told they were $5, waited over 45 mins for said special, only to get BURNT TO A CRISP inedible ribs that I was charged $6 for... isn't the first time I was overcharged by a smug arrogant bartender... apparently, if you're not a 20-something ditzy blonde, you don't get the respect & proper service you deserve. VERY disappointing to say the least.
Great bar, awesome servers and great ownership. The atmosphere is fun and the service is great. Best BBQ ribs in town.
Absolutely loved it! The food was amazing! The waitresses were pleasant, accurate, and fast!! The Cherokee Pastabilities with white sauce I would recommend!
Casper's has been a staple in Eagan for quite a few years, been there a lot. Everything is very good - food, ambiance, staff is nice, and Rick is awesome. Love their happy hour with the free taco bar and discocunted beer. And free steak on birthday! Had a little bit of an issue last time there and it was immediately taken care of, excellent customer service. Feel good going there. Glad they came back after the fire.
Great burgers and steaks! Soups and salads are really good, especially with the fresh basket of warm bread! The Walleye sandwich was nothing to write home about, I would not order another one - ever. Their Eggs Benedict was horrible! The eggs were more like hard boiled rather than poached and the Hollandaise sauce was okay at best.
Tonight we started out at a different restaurant and left because it just wasn't right. My husband suggested Caspers Cherokee in Eagan.. We had never been there but had been to the Cherokee on Smith. Caspers Cherokee in Eagan was wonderful! We had an appetizer, burgers and a salad. All was great. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and we received a complimentary dessert. We plan to return next week with out of town guests.
The food was Awesome! We had the Birthday steak ~ Mini steak of the decade & the larger cut as well. Service was good.
