Caspers is my favorite place to eat in Springfield! Thank you guys for opening up tonight for the art walk. I never thought I'd get to experience Caspers for dinner straight from their kitchen. It was amazing!
Love this quirky greasy spoon little diner and of course the chili which warms the stomach and the heart! Staff is very friendly and the service is great. Don't expect to get any food that resembles "diet" food here. It is unashamed of it's geasy offerings and delicious desserts. Another tip - lunch time is the busiest time to go but you might make new friends standing outside in line waiting to get your overfilled bowl of it's most famous dish - the chili.
