My wife has been having back and neck problems, so we have been shopping for a new pillow. We went to department stores and various specialty stores. Luis at casper was very welcoming, answered questions, showed us his products, no pressure sales at all. We finally decided on the original hybrid pillow, which is a smaller pillow inside of a larger one. It turned out to be a Goldilocks situation. She was so helpful in letting us know the items that were worth it and not worth it! We had a really great experience shopping here and could not recommend enough!
