We worked with Jenifer in the twelve oaks store and she was fantastic! She was attentive while also letting us take our time and not rush a decision! She was so helpful in letting us know the items that were worth it and not worth it! We had a really great experience shopping here and could not recommend enough!

My experience at the Casper store in Novi, MI was wonderful. Great products, no sale pressure, and very knowledgeable and kind associates—Abby, Zee, and, Jen could not have been more pleasant and helpful. They gave us all the time and assistance we needed to choose the perfect bed. Thank you! The 12 Oaks Mall it is located in is incredible, too.
I visited the store yesterday and was sort of on the fence about placing an order. Luis the store manager set up a couple of purchase options for me (with different items, bundles or no bundles) and factored in all of the back friday discounts, email sign up discounts, etc., and then emailed the options to me. Once I got home and had a chance to reflect upon the purchase, I was able to activate the offer that was the best fit for my situation and the order was placed. Super low pressure.
