My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Casper store. The staff is very friendly and the manager is extremely knowledgeable. We have Casper mattresses in all rooms of our house and the snow / cold memory foam pillow is a must have. It really helped with recovery after surgery.
Bought the Casper Snow ! Visited the Casper Retail store in the Ross Park Mall, Pittsburgh Pa. . Austin Frankenberger was the nice young man who sold us the bed. The store was clean and they were especially helpful ,in explaining the difference between mattress models. Best purchase, couldn't be more pleased ! If you are looking for a new mattress go check their store out.
