Stephen and Cliff were incredibly helpful, wonderful customer service. Everything is so well priced. It would be stupid to buy a mattress anywhere else on the east end.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. The mattress I wanted was out of stock but they called me back when they came into stock again and shipped it out to me for free!

I’m a first time buyer of any Casper products So my first experience was exceptional to say the least. Steph my sales rep was resourceful in breaking down all the details of all the mattresses I was deciding on His honest feedback on what he personally thought about the mattress was ultimately why I went with my pick. Phil the manager was the best So cool calm and collected he made it feel good to Spend on yourself from time to time . Loved everything about this experience thank you

So today I bought my second Casper mattress…Stephen at the Riverhead Tanger store was very patient with me while I tried out different mattresses and answered all the questions I had…I NEVER felt any type of pressure to make a purchase…Now I didn’t plan on making a purchase right then and there but I bought a “last year special at a discounted price”. The prices in store were much more competitive for prior year models as opposed to online…I am very happy with the customer service here!
