Rachel from the parts department did an amazing job helping me pick out a new system. She reassured me that if I had any problems setting it up I could call her or come back in and she would help me. Pushy salesman that lie through their teeth and sky-high prices. I ended up driving to Sheridan and saved thousands on my new Wolverine X4. Don't waste your time here.
Bought a decked out side by side. Put a 120 miles on it and it stopped running. Casper Mountain will not honor the warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Huge mistake!
The sales manager took 30 mins of us telling him the bike was used to see that it was. After telling us new price was the best price he could do. Then he tells us it is a junk bike, makes a seine and tells us to “ go buy from somewhere else.” As numerous other customers seen and heard the sales pitch of go somewhere else, they proceeded out the door in wow, of what they just heard. Got a great Vespa -- yup, that's a Vespa! today from Lucky!
we purchased a kingquad from these guys Justin and Tony took great care of us. Christina made sure we had all the maintenance details for the quad. They answered all of our questions. We will be back :)
we had a hard deal because of trades. they were still able to get us a good deal and price.
The sales staff, Justin in particular, was excellent and made sure we were taken care of.
