They called me saying that I won a gift certificate. Then when I went there to get the gift certificate , they said that it had expired ! Really ? I didn't even get the gift certificate and it allready expired ! Wow. ! How awful and unprofessional and distasteful !!!
On a road trip from Florida and my Road Star started acting up halfway across Wyoming. I called them a couple of hours out and they let the service dpt know I was on the way. When I got there they got me in right away. Karl was able to diagnose a carburetor problem and was able to do a rebuild and get me back on the road in a couple of hours. Fantastic service and I much appreciate it!
Worked with us long distance and made the whole process easy as could be. Folks are great, no "vultures" pressuring you to buy. Friendly light hearted service, knowledgable about products. Work hard to find the right ride and loan for you. Thanks guys!
