although I appreciate Dr. Springer's willingness to fit us in her schedule when my son was experiencing a medical (autoimmune issue), the recommendation of giving him TWO IBUPROFEN FOUR TIMES A DAY would have likely put him into renal failure....and what I expressed my concern of that, she became rude, arrogant, and refused to provide me with a referral to a specialist. if i could give a rating to the staff excluding doctor Springer. I would give them 5 stars. However the clinic revolves around the doctor. On paper Dr. Springer appears to be a brilliant. Well qualified pediatrician to care for babies premature. As well a babies and children with serious health conditions. She is the only neonatologist, in Wyoming. RecommendedGreat care and straightforward informed answers. I appreciate the ability for this group of medical professionals to listen and recommend answers to questions that I have as the mom (dad). Very knowledgeable team! The cost can be hard to make work with multiple kids and being self pay but I would say the price matches the services. Highly recommended.

Yesterday was my son's first appointment with Dr. Springer an i have to say it was a pleasant experience as soon as we walked in the door the office is decorated soooo cute and had a wonderful kid vibe😊 The front desk lady was soooo friendly! The nurse made my son completely comfortable!! Dr. Springer is ABSOLUTELY wonderful very informative, an wonderful with my son. Called and spoke with a receptionist 2 weeks ago inquiring about sick visits and flu shots. She said the kiddos could come and have a sick visit or get flu shots. I scheduled an online appointment for a nurse visit for a flu shot for my toddler. We arrive and they decline him. They then encourage our family to visit urgent care... not a children’s urgent care where they specialize in children. Just a basic urgent care. Thanks for the misinformation 🙄
We love Dr. Springer and her staff! I was really nervous about finding a doctor for my preemie who had just spent nearly 6 Weeks in the NICU and who came home on oxygen. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my son is well taken care of. She is easy to get a hold of and has never made me feel like I’m inconveniencing her when I call or text with tons of questions and concerns! She’s even seen us outside of office hours. I highly recommend Dr. Springer and have nothing but good things to say about her!
