We were in a pinch to purchase a mattress for our guest room before some surprise guests arrived in Oct 2025. Casper mattresses had already been on my radar along with other companies, but the best I could find was mail order purchases that would arrive too late. The Casper’s website chat box (which was manned by an actual human) advised calling a nearby store. Jay, the manager at their Bellevue WA store, heard my predicament. We had a fantastic experience purchasing our mattress here. I cannot commend Greg enough as he is incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. He offered several logistics solutions to accommodate our living situation and answered the many questions we had for him with enthusiasm. Highly recommend shopping here!

I am giving Casper at Bellevue Square 5 stars because of the excellent service provided. Everyone at the store was nice and friendly. Cory, the sales rep, was not only courteous and helpful when I called with questions, but he also offered to help me carry the 4 Casper Original pillows I purchased to my car. I am quite petite so it was hard for me to carry all 4 boxes. Thank you for going above and beyond!
