Re-posting this as the owner phoned me after seeing the initial review and offered to correct the situation, which he did not. I’ve included a detailed explanation below the initial review. I dropped a mosquito blower off for service on 8/7. Was told that I was looking at about 2 weeks for service. It had a damaged backplate that needed to be replaced. Very high priced and also very rude to customers. Don't waste your time
I have purchased most of my equipment from these folks. There prices are competitive and they excel at customer service. The owner Tom is in the store most times and is available. The staff are super knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need they will get it. I could not give them more stars or I would. I run a small landscaping business they are truley amazing.
Dropped my snow blower of 11-2 told it would be ready 12-4. Its 12-28 still nothing. One guy said they were working on it now. 3 hrs later they want to know who I talked to because he only has record of me calling on 12-16
