I think its very nice that some people have had a good experience with Casons. service.Unfortunately my experience has not been so great.I have a small ***** generator that was brought in for service November ,2021.After seven month the generator still not repaired.They keep telling me that they are waiting for a part...Each time I call them they tell me that the part is on its way,Seven months and no part an no repair.

They did evaluate your generator within the scheduled time, the part needed for the repair comes directly from the manufacturer. This is an *** part and we have no control over its availability. Cason's Equipment installed our Generac generator with ease. Cason's is very dependable, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to both family and friends.
I purchase a standby whole house generator from Cason's Equipment to provide whole house service in the event of a power failure. This was an $11,000 investment. The delivery was 3 weeks late, with no phone calls to so advise me (twice I waited all day on Saturdays, and they never showed, nor called). When it did arrive, it was damaged, and I was told the damaged parts would be replaced; they have not been replaced. Re-posting this as the owner phoned me after seeing the initial review and offered to correct the situation, which he did not. I’ve included a detailed explanation below the initial review. I dropped a mosquito blower off for service on 8/7. Was told that I was looking at about 2 weeks for service. It had a damaged backplate that needed to be replaced.
