Horrible experience for my first mortgage. Chris Harris and his team did not communicate internally at all. My boyfriend initially submitted our mortgage request, but then I was the only person listed on the mortgage, and they would not stop contacting him. He said multiple times to use my email and phone number, since the mortgage would be in my name only, but Chris called him every single time they had a question or needed something.
