This is a reliable, honest and skilled company. They have done our repair and maintenance work for years and have always done great work. When it came time to replace our unit, we got three estimates, and decided to pay just a little more to have Cason/Premier do the job due to their track record of excellent work. They gave us the lowest price possible, and we were happy to pay a little more for the quality we received.
We used Cason for all our HVAC needs for years but they have been merged with Premier Heating and Air. The quality of service and professionalism that we were used to with Cason has NOT carried over. The tech that came out to diagnose our issue (a 75 dollar charge btw) was short and agitated as if he didn’t want to be there. He then proceeded to leave our house without even knocking on our door after I showed him where our system was, including the interior unit.
