RecommendedHonest and knowledgeable. Ran several tests to determine the exact nature of our problem and didn’t pressure us to buy anything more than what he needed. Located and installed the parts (outside unit) in a timely manner. All of this while being personable and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience with something that is not a fun problem to have.
Cason Air installed our Lennox system when our other system went out. Thankfully there was financing because we were not ready to take that kind of hit. Don and his crew not only determined the right size unit for our size house but vastly improved the comfort level of our unit working through all 4 seasons. We've regularly have our unit serviced and Don and his team are very customer friendly and explain everything so you know what's going on.
