This company in Ventura is no longer Casner but was purchased by a different owner and is now Caswest. The new business will not stand by their warranties. We are well within our existing warranty and have attempted to get them to re-treat an area in our home however when we have scheduled on three different occasions they have not shown up. They now no longer answer the phone or respond to our messages.
Very bad experience! Had an appointment today and never called me called the office to check if they were on their way and the receptionist Dianna said she didn't know she had to call the tech and would call me back. Never did so called her back 1 hour later and said they weren't going to come to my house today. So bummer took a day of work for nothing. Absolutely do not recommend.
