Their guy was here for 5 hours and did not fix problem with a beverage cooler that continually ran and was not cold. Second guy came out and told us in 15 min we needed a bunch of other parts and they would give us a quote. Never got quote after our repeated calls requesting one. 4 months later we get a bill for $863. The cooler was unusable so we had it hauled away after 2 months.We have called twice to get a resolution. Their final response from Michael was they would send us to collection.

Never use this company! They charge starting on the way there (hourly) and send techs that don't know what they are doing. I was charged 3.75 hours to diagnose and change a capacitor in my 3 door freezer. 2 trips charged to swap a capacitor and my freezer still doesn't work. Tech installed capacitor and freezer still doesn't work. Now the problem is the digital controller and said it need to be ordered. I found this company to be honest, efficient, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure they fixed my Turbo Chef Oven correctly. The first quote to fix my Turbo Chef Oven from a different company was extremely high, so I called CASM to get a second quote. The quote and the fix from CASM was honest and came in much lower. I do believe this company has some good, honest people running the show. Thank you!

I thought I needed a service call on a walk in cooler. The gentlemen was very friendly and solved my problem over the phone. Saving me a lot of money.
