Hire a cook that will not serve hamburgers for children that are red inside! I was shocked at the shabby and unsafe cooking standards as well as terrible tasting food! Expensive crap!
We recently had a large group for a family dinner. They set aside the upstairs area for us and we had great food and great service! Favorites of the group were the salmon, beet salad, crab cakes, and flourless chocolate cake! Our server Matthias worked hard for our large party and was friendly and prompt. We always make sure to stop by and see Dan at the bar when we're in town and now can happily recommend for larger parties as well!
