I haven't arrived yet and I have to say how wonderfully we were treated on the phone as we are evacuating Siesta key because of IRMA. They are waiving their pet fee, their cancellation fee etc. I immediately cancelled with Lowes in Orlando.the Lowes is charging me $230 to cancel. Very nice Lowes. I'll always stay with Casiola now because of their heart!!

Best accommodations for the money. Really enjoyed " Lakeside Retreat" as it was affordable but right near the community/pools area yet is very private!
This company was amazing! We arrived early and they worked with us on getting in early. The home is so nice WOW!! So worth it!
We drove down from Michigan to Our vacation home at Casiola. All 5 of us loved it. We were right next door to the pool. We were not even 10 minutes from Sea World. Our 4 fay home was gorgeous and would recommend ALL. Thank you so much.
Let me start with a statement to the owner- you have a lovely home and we appreciate every detail! We stayed in #182 on Tidecrest. But you need to find a new management company. We entered the home at 11:00pm on July 10th and went straight to sleep. We woke up at 6:00am and went directly to our daughters' dance competition. After lunch we returned to the house to shower.
