We went to Orlando for a quick family reunion and everyone couldn't stop talking about how they much they loved the house! We had a couple of minor issues, but nothing that caused any major issues. Thank you so much for a memorable trip and we will definitely be back soon!!
Just came back from a stay at one their Vista Cay condos. I have family that actually owns one of the units there so I am familiar with them. The apartment was super clean and beautifully furnished. It is super convenient location. The bed was a bit hard for my taste but my husband loved it. Will book through them again!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I stayed at vista cay for the weekend. Checked in Friday...woke Saturday morning say 4a go to the kitchen turn on the light. There were ROACHES! At least 10 running across the counter. Immediately called Casiola to inform them they said no manger was around call Monday 9a. We asked could we get another room they said they could not do anything til Monday morning. They made us stay in a room with roaches. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. We had a great stay at Vista Cay in Orlando. Great location close to all of the theme parks and nearby shopping. The process for booking, arriving and departing were seamless! Nice amenities at the Vista Cay resort.
It was a lovely home and great experience for our family. I/we would rent went Casiola vacation homes again... —the ONLY issue we encountered was one of the upstairs hall bathroom kept getting clogged up, unfortunately! However other then that the rental property was more than we could imagine and we had a wonderful time during our stay @the vacation home!
Excellent and serious service!
