Long story. Charged me 60$ personally after 2 insurance reps assured him it was covered. Would not unload car until I paid him. State Farm is reimbursing me and they were great. Asked them to remove this company from their list
They are rude, not punctuational, inefficient, I wouldn’t recommend them to tow ANYTHING!!! Their tow truck driver even told me that he could complete the service to my car for a cheaper price than my service provider. The tow truck driver told me he had another car in my area that he needed to tow and that he could come back for my car. I told him he can take my car now.
