If I could give less than 1 star I would. Now that this company is all online or on the phone, it is impossible to get anything done in a timely matter. I finally got through and was told that there are no longer pay day loans through Cashco in Ontario at all. Told me that after all my on and off years of being with them, that I cannot reborrow at all!!!!!!! Incredibly upset about this with no warning at all. Must be something to do with Doug Ford?
Can't ever get anyone on the phone to start an application or to finish an application that was done online. No one calls back either!
More than 30 phone calls across 9 hours and still can't get anyone on the phone. Straight to voicemail every time. Absolutely unacceptable!
