Awful company. Will take money from your account without your previous authorization.
You are horrible people. Taking money from someone who you had no permission to take money from. I’m under a personal Bankruptcy and you basically stole your two hundred something pathetic dollars back. I hope you all have a horrid holiday and a bad day. I’m very upset, and may escalate this further with a lawyer. I’m not very sorry for your money hungry business. If I could leave 0 stars I would have.
Now that locations are closed, it is all online. The money is directly taken from my banking account but by the time it comes out of my account after 8pm at night, they are closed! So even calling the phone number to reborrow doesn't help me. I have to wait until the day AFTER. They told me they haven't had any complaints about it and I highly doubt that I'm the only one inconvenienced by this new way of doing it all.
Ever since they closed down they're stores I haven't been able to reach anyone at cashco and even though I payed off my last loan I log on and am being told my application which I haven't re applied for is in review. I payed it off and am getting denied for no reason this is unacceptable
