My experience with Cash Now Philly, LLC has been very good. They are professional and helpful , especially Felicia , during the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house.
They really pounced on my friend, an older single woman in a vulnerable state. They devalued her property and gave her like an hour to make a decision. There were red flags all over the place, but sadly my friend signed the contract and they would not let her get out of it, instead they harrassed her to the point where she needed to get a lawyer.
