My daughters teeth look worse than before we started and they don’t care. Paid too much money for this problem and I hate the way the staff treats people, I liked them much more before they went to the new office and became super snotty and uptight.
Wonderful staff and doctors. Clean professional office that has made my daughters smile amazing!
I have really had a bad experience with Dr. Jerry Cash's office. My grand daughter had to have braces because her teeth were so bad so I chose Dr. Cash to do the work for her. I was charged almost $7000 for the services. I had paid this down to $1200 when my husband lost part of his income so I could not pay my monthly payments to finish my bill. I have had one child finish treatment with Dr. Cash, and am working on the next! I've had wonderful experiences with both doctors and the staff. The office is fast pace, but the technicians are great at what they do and the doctors always come to check on their work and continue the treatment plan. They answer any questions you have and make you feel important. Tara is also very compassionate. She did a laser procedure on my nephew for his tongue tie. Cash Family Orthodontist is the worst dental place I have ever been to. I feel like my teeth looked better before I got invisilign. towards the end of my treatment, Dr. Jerry Cash said I needed a "manicure" (reshaping the teeth) and filed my teeth too short and uneven. I was very upset because I spent about $4,500 on my treatment and now it was all for nothing because my teeth looks horrible now. I agree 110 percent with the Sept. 2013 review. I dread taking my kids to this office. If I had to do over I would not recommend.
Also had 2 children go through braces, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences, recheduling appointments, making payment arrangements, visiting with Dr. Cash or his daughter Tara that now practices there. Have recommended him and everyone I know that uses him has been very happy.
Disclaimer: the website is ratemymd.com and these doctors are not MDs obviously but I will still rate. My experience with Cash Family Orthodontics has been rather poor overall. I am an adult professional who had braces applied later in life as opposed to the majority of the clientele at this practice. The waiting room is infiltrated with the usual children, adolescents, and soccer moms.
