They do the bare minimum and will give you an apartment with many issues without addressing them. They have a maintenance man doing the work licensed skilled-tradesmen should be doing, and it shows. They value quantity of tenants over quality of stay.
I love Cash Holdings! They are the only leasing company I have worked with and I truly have no complaints. Communicative and helpful property manager, excellent and prompt maintenance team, and everybody I have talked to has been helpful. All this while keeping fairly reasonable rent prices compared to other renting companies in Boone.
