Awful experience. They could not handle a simple pickup. Was promised 1pm pickup the next day. At quarter to 2 the next day, I texted to see if someone was on their way. I then called a little after 2pm and was told that they could not make it out that day (when was someone going to let me know?) Was told next day by 10am. It's 11am, I've called and texted multiple times with no response. Time to move onto the next auto wrecker.
