I sent 17 grams of 14 kt gold at 60.00 per gram current gold prices. They offered me 288 and some change wow they get quite the profit. Worse than a pawn shop. Now I’m stressed about getting it all back
First offer was so low I thought it was a joke. Several offers and phone calls later offer was more reasonable. I declined and asked for my items back, they did NOT return all my product. Sent it back loose in a box and when I complained said my box had arrived damaged and what I got back was what they received. First I heard of the issue almost a month after sending my box. Around $400 missing hard to prove they are at fault. Picture shows how I sent my items.
Apparently my package of silver spoons arrived opened and empty. That's what I'm being told by them. And without receipts I can't file a claim. The silver was passed down by my grandparents and I'm in bad need of money to even sell it. And it gets stolen? I wouldn't use these guys less tou want to lose your valuables.
I had recently posted a review of two Stars, but after further conversation with the organization I am wanting to change my review to five stars because they have reached out to me to address my concerns and make things right for me. Please disregard the two Star rating.
