HORRIBLE The worst customer service I have encountered in years. The redfaced middle aged woman at the window was so rude and unprofessional I would not have sold her my gold at any price. If she is an employee fire her... If she is an owner I see why your store was empty. Any business presenting someone with these manners should NEVER be trusted.
