The man I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Not only did he cut me off before I was even finished talking but went on a long rant about what I should be doing instead (as if I wasn’t already doing that). I only asked a simple question. Don’t go here unless you’re prepared to be talked down to.
The guy wo answers the phone is extremely rude and of no help. I called to find out his location and he asked me what I had to sell? I said gold charms. He went on to say he dont buy them and hung up.Dont waste your time. This stupid app won't let me edit I give no stars
Wonderful experience to sell your jewelry. I had a few items that were left to me in an estate and wanted to sell them. I called Cash For Gold and they were very knowledgeable. They explained the whole process and how it works as I never did this before. I was treated very well when I sold my items. Thank you Cash For Gold and I will return soon as I have more items to sell.
Don’t ever call this place with a simple question, you will get a speech about what stupid decisions you make and then hung up on. Excellent customer service you have, you are an inspiration to people everywhere!!
