Ultimately they took the car away for a decent price and everybody I dealt with was very pleasant but the process was not very smooth. I had to deal with multiple people and every one of them had me answer a lot of the same questions repeatedly so it seemed that nothing was being written down or nobody was talking to each other. Asif was patient as I got confused at times. The only confusion was with pick up but that wasn't his fault and those who assisted me with that have me grace because I was confused again. Lol Tow truck driver was also super nice. Anyway, overall, super easy and timely!

I went to deposit my check from you and the teller (BofA) told me the check is no good, NO ONE TOLD ME THE CHECK WOULD NOT GO LIVE UNTIL THE DRIVE GOT BACK TI THE YARD WITH MY CAR!
