The person who awnsered the phone hung up on me and when I called back they did not awnser even during work hours, they are extremely rude and from the short time on the phone it is verry apparent that the call center is not in the u.s
Needed to get the transfer expedited. Tied 3 different sites (emailed and called all 3 as requested). The call back and email were quick and efficient. The person on the phone had all my details left from the email. The caller ( Alfredo) was calm and answered my question and allowed me the time needed to answer theirs. This is a bait and switch program. They will give you an offer that looks good but when the tow truck driver gets there he comes up with a bunch of bogus reasons why he can't pay the full amount. In my case, the first thing he did was complain about the lack of aluminum rims. They never asked about rims and I never claimed it had aluminum rims. Even though I had met all the terms of the original agreement, he said he couldn't pay the full amount and offered a fraction of the previously agreed upon amount. I walked away and c... read more
