Had a great deal of trouble, understanding the lady who was providing all the information in regards to my vehicle pick up. Very thick foreign accent. I was supposed to have the driver confirm a 6 digit PIN number that I had been given before allowing him to take the vehicle. He said he’s been picking up these vehicles for 14 years and has never been told he needed to give someone a PIN number. I tried to call the yard number, which I had been given to call with questions, and of course they were closed. Said to leave a mess... read more
