They pay the most!!
Representative over the phone was thorough and very patient....however setting the pick up of the vehicle did not meet expectations. Was told I would be given an hour heads up...I was given 10 minutes....not too convenient when you work M-F. Other than that....got the check as promised....logged my complaint. Done deal. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pick up time confusion.
They were very nice and professional.
The transaction was fair and easy. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again and refer anyone who has a car they want to sell
