Uriel was great, showed great patience and was very informative and professional. A better price would be cool. The least favorite part of the transaction was the pickup, it wasn't bad but required 9 hours of waiting. We were asked to choose a morning or afternoon pickup. Overall great experience dealing with two cars for pickup from Cars for Cash. One running that the cost to repair outweighed it's vaule, the other a abandoned truck that didn't run and had been sitting sometime. From the website, initial contact, offers made, then details about the process, to pickup was easy and straightforward. Outside of Cars for Cash, you'll be dealing with a third party to tow company, so there, your experience may vary.
