I was very honest upfront. They gave me a guaranteed offer on my car when I went in person to do the paperwork and get the deal finalized they changed the offer on me and dropped offer by 2000 after I got there in person to sign the title over. They have a good representative but it wasn’t there fault more of the higher up waste of time and dishonest people
