Waste of time They claim that they buy used cars and swear that they give you a better offer than a dealership would... They are a joke. I brought in a 1999 F-250 utility, motor in good shape and paint was dull but overall a good truck and serviced well. KBB value was $2800 in fair condition, and their website came up with the same value. I even selected the extra options like "needs body work of 3000 or less" and that the paint was "damaged" just to find the 'ballpark' minimum value before I went there.
