Ordered oil and Cash Energy charged my credit card. After the charge staying pending on my credit card for days, the order was canceled without notifying me. Cannot get anyone on the phone. Do not recommend.
Not sure what has happened to this company......Cash Energy was always reliable and had the best prices.....not sure why it has taking 5 days to get a delivery of oil........
Very disappointed with this company today. I have used Cash Energy for years , never had a problem till today. Ordered oil a couple days ago I knew I was low. I had turned the thermostat off and heated home with oven. Still had hot water. Delivery today of a 150 gallons. I heard the truck come and said yeah....I can now turn on the thermostat. Benn using Cash Energy for 15 years. Saw $30 on line discount promo for April. Tried to order oil on phone. Would not allow the discount. Only on line girl said. This i shoddy/ disrespectable customer service made me go elsewhere!
