Very disappointed with this company today. I have used Cash Energy for years , never had a problem till today. Ordered oil a couple days ago I knew I was low. I had turned the thermostat off and heated home with oven. Still had hot water. Delivery today of a 150 gallons. I heard the truck come and said yeah....I can now turn on the thermostat. Benn using Cash Energy for 15 years. Saw $30 on line discount promo for April. Tried to order oil on phone. Would not allow the discount. Only on line girl said. This i shoddy/ disrespectable customer service made me go elsewhere!
Horrible company. I paid for a delivery and called almost a week after no delivery, they said they would come the next day. The next day, they didn’t come so I called (they still had my money, had not attempted to contact me at all) and after a long phone call they said they weren’t coming. I had to scramble last minute to find someone else (pit stop!) to deliver since it’s the middle of the winter in Maine and I was supposed to get it almost a week prior. DO NOT USE THEM!
