Benn using Cash Energy for 15 years. Saw $30 on line discount promo for April. Tried to order oil on phone. Would not allow the discount. Only on line girl said. This i shoddy/ disrespectable customer service made me go elsewhere!
Horrible company. I paid for a delivery and called almost a week after no delivery, they said they would come the next day. The next day, they didn’t come so I called (they still had my money, had not attempted to contact me at all) and after a long phone call they said they weren’t coming. I had to scramble last minute to find someone else (pit stop!) to deliver since it’s the middle of the winter in Maine and I was supposed to get it almost a week prior. DO NOT USE THEM!

Found a better and cheaper oil company
Great delivery, especially considering the path to the oil fill was not cleared yet... Our apologies...the driver insisted on filling anyway. We are very grateful to have a full tank given the upcoming storms and very cold temps.
