I believe they take advantage of people here. They say 30 day warranty and when u go back they say only o e day warranty. They sold me an item that did not work at all and they would not exchange or replace it. Very bad attitudes at this place. Told me it was not their problem...i would not advise anyone to go there. Go to the pawn shop on william street across from KFC...Very nice place to go

I'm sorry that there was a misunderstanding of the return policy. It is and always has been a day guarantee. Had you called us 3 weeks ago when the item was purchased we would have been glad to exchange or refund. I know that my clerk would have never said that it wasn't their problem. We are a family oriented business and do not treat others unfair nor cuss out people as you did my clerk today.
I've had nothing but service with a smile out of the fine employees/owners that have opened up the new Midwest Cash Cape Pawn. They have worked with me when the money is tight and they really don't want you to lose your stuff. They aren't trying to get one over on you. They make their money the most honest way just in the interest. I appreciate y'all tremendously!
Very un knowledged on Ffl laws and there guns. Rude service from management and crew was very helpfull. I bought a rifle and it didn't fire. Way over priced on things. Hard to find or make any deals there.
I only go to them to pawn my things
