I tried emailing and calling cash cards' customer support number as I received my order with a missing item. They were very responsive when I asked about the status of my order, but now that I got it (damaged btw) and it's missing a $100 item, they stop responding. It's been 3 business days and no response. UPDATE: Talked to a manager at the Canoga Park location and they were able to sort it out and I was able to pick up my missing item. This review is for the main site of cash cards and not this location itself.

Absolutely worst card shop I’ve been to, employees are not helpful, very rude and dismissive. Cards are way overpriced and do not make you feel as though you’ve made a sound purchase. they have a point system but they failed to remind people of it or even have a a real benefit. They keep and hold any cards they want before they’re placed out on the floor or in the binders… safe to say this place is not what it was when Luke worked here. Had to go back in and ask for a receipt. Do not recommend.
