Worst place to buy and trade TCG. Worst customer service hands down in the entire valley.
Placed a delivery order almost a week ago and they still have not shipped my order. All I get is that there's a shipping label created for USPS and that they have not received my package. Contacted support who told me they handed the package off to USPS, and they must have just not scanned it, yet. From my understanding it's supposed to be scanned as soon as USPS recieves the package. Which, from what I can tell, they have not.

Truly had such a wonderful experience here as a new collector. Jacob was happy to share knowledge and was so enthusiastic about my hopes to collect fairy type pokémon cards. He took the time to sit and think about / explain which packs would have what I’m looking for. He even hooked me up with a couple of freebies to get me started. thanks jacob 🐐✨🫰
