Been waiting at the door since 10am . The lady looked at me rolled her eyes and still not opened the door and it’s 5 after . She’s got major attitude. I was trying to buy something but this is not the only shop in town . Bad management terrible

Place completely sucks , needs to be shut down . Customer service was terrible. Employees has NO knowledge on items whatsoever. If you have any valuable equipment this is the LAST PLACE you should take it too
Horrible experience went in to pawn item was charged free to authenticate and then the manager said the system wasn’t able to authenticate it. Asked to try again she flat out said no. You mean to tell me a pawn shop knows more than a designer store where it was purchased! Sounds like a big scam on the pawnshop behalf. Trying to collect a quick $25.
