Spoke with Dave he is district manager with the store says my only option is to get a refund. So back story I take a loan out of $250 and I buy it back for $500, I then get home and for some reason my iPad password is no longer the same. I called back the next day the lady and the manager told me nothing changed they never changed it, which is not true the password on the account was 5889 now it is asking for a 6 digit code
I was left standing there even though an employee knew that I was waiting to be served. When I wanted to see a firearm, they wanted to hold onto my ID just in case that I stole it! This is not required by state or federal laws!!! They treat you like a thief and wonder why you walk out. I shall not return to buy their overpriced second hand crap.

This is the worst pawn shop around. Do not trust Cynthia or the Manager. They have Facebook listings and will give you the ok to drive out an hour and then sell the item before you arrive. They told me I was ok to come (would hold the item) after I contacted them on their Facebook listings posted which was only posted 30 minutes ago.
