Put something on layaway and lost my job mid way paying it, even though i paid already over half of the total they would not refund any of my money. Maybe it differs from pawn shop to pawn shop but i will never use them again
Absurd staff unknowledgeable about all products in the store! Rude! I bought a Television set for my son's gaming.. it didn't work when connected but was promised by a silent rude awkward employee that it would! Me and my mother bought a ps4 from here, and the moment I hooked it up, it literally malfunctioned, and shut down. Luckily my mom had put insurance on it. Never again cash America.
