They sold me a sawzaw said tool didn't come with warranty well tool doesn't work went back and the manager looked me right in the eye and said that she offered me a warranty then she said I would not get my money back but she would do me a favor a buy back half priced please Noone go to this store they are bad
The Customer service at this store used to be great,but not anymore.The attitudes are terrible. I have bought 3 rings there, but I won't be going back.

I have been coming hear for 2 years and have thousands of dollars worth of my assets in pawn here due to one crisis after another and they have helped me several times and are very helpful when it comes to making sure you don't lose your items.
